What is the lead time for a bespoke piece?

Each piece is produced from scratch, with care and attention to detail. The lead time is 100 days — the time needed for each piece to be conceived, produced and finished to the quality it deserves.

Are the products exactly as shown in the photographs?

We strive to ensure the highest accuracy, but slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, especially in natural materials or bespoke pieces.

Is it possible to view fabric and wood samples before deciding?

Yes. Physical samples are sent on request, so you can see and feel the materials before confirming your choice.

Is there an additional cost for customisation?

All customisations are quoted individually, always with complete transparency.
