1. Geographical scope
Pistacho delivers to Mainland Portugal and to the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira, the latter under specific transport conditions — see point 4. No international shipments are made.
2. Product categories and respective timeframes
The Online Store sells two distinct product categories, with different timeframes and shipping models. Each product page indicates the specific delivery timeframe, within the maximum limits below.
2.1. Pistacho products, made to order
Pistacho brand products are made after order confirmation, in our carpentry workshop or through our network of production partners — we do not keep stock. The maximum production and delivery period is 120, one hundred and twenty, business days from confirmation and payment of the order.
Pistacho products, catalogue furniture and made-to-measure pieces, have a maximum production and delivery period of up to 120 business days, according to the complexity of the piece. The estimated timeframe for each product is indicated on the respective product page, within this maximum limit.
The Customer receives contact points during production and is notified when the piece is ready for shipment.
2.2. Products from partner brands, direct shipping by the supplier
Certain decoration and accessory products are shipped directly by the respective supplier to the Customer’s address, under a direct shipping, dropshipping, arrangement. The timeframes applied are those of the supplier:
The timeframes are those applied by each supplier, generally between 30 and 60 business days, depending on the supplier and stock availability. The indicative timeframe is presented on each product page before order confirmation.
In orders combining Pistacho products and products from partner brands, deliveries may be made at different times, according to the timeframe of each category.
2.3. Complementary services
Anti-mite treatments, waterproofing, assembly and other associated services are arranged with the Customer after order confirmation and are carried out, as a rule, at the time of delivery or on a subsequently scheduled date.
3. Carriers
Deliveries of Pistacho products are ensured by Pistacho, directly or through carriers contracted by it, including carriers specialised in transporting furniture and bulky pieces. Products from partner brands are shipped by the carriers of the respective suppliers. The choice of carrier varies according to the volume, weight and type of product.
4. Shipping costs
Transport costs in Mainland Portugal are fixed by zone, according to the delivery district, and are presented transparently in the cart before the order is finalised:

For orders with a value equal to or greater than €7,000, transport is free throughout the Mainland. Transport costs include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
For deliveries to the Azores and Madeira, transport costs are not charged automatically at the time of purchase: they are quoted individually, based on volume and weight, and communicated to the Customer for acceptance before shipment. Orders for these regions are only processed after the Customer accepts the shipping cost.
In orders combining Pistacho products and products from partner brands, costs may be presented by product category.
5. Delivery and assembly
Furniture deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer, to the building entrance. Delivery to the floor or assembly services may be contracted as a complementary service, subject to prior quotation and availability.
6. Receipt of the order
At the time of delivery, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the product. In the event of visible damage or discrepancies, the Customer must refuse receipt or record the anomaly on the transport document and contact Pistacho within a maximum period of 48 hours at hello@pistachodecor.com, attaching photographs.
7. Delivery attempts
In the event of the Customer’s absence, the carrier will leave a notice and make a new delivery attempt in accordance with its procedure. Once the attempts have been exhausted, the order returns to origin. Reshipment will be subject to additional payment of transport costs.
8. Delivery delay
If the indicated maximum period is exceeded due to a cause attributable to Pistacho or to the partner supplier, and under the terms of paragraph 1 of article 19 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the Customer may request Pistacho to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If this additional period is not met, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
Acceptance of the 120-business-day timeframe for Pistacho products — made at checkout — does not prejudice this right to request performance and terminate the contract in the event of delay beyond the agreed timeframe.
