In the event of a dispute related to a purchase made in the Online Store, the Customer may use the following mechanisms:

1. Direct contact

Before resorting to any external mechanism, we recommend that the Customer contact Pistacho via hello@pistachodecor.com or by phone at +351 239 137 054, landline, or WhatsApp Business +351 911 778 199 to attempt an amicable resolution. We undertake to respond within a maximum period of 15 business days.

2. Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities for Consumer Disputes, ADR

In the event of a consumer dispute, and under Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, the Customer may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities for Consumer Disputes, ADR, listed below, Pistacho not being a member of any of these entities unless otherwise indicated:

Alternatively, the Customer may consult the full list of ADR entities at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

3. European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, ODR

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform, ODR, accessible at:

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This platform allows consumers to submit disputes arising from contracts concluded online electronically.

4. Judicial courts

Without prejudice to the alternative means above, the Customer retains the right to resort to the competent judicial courts.
