In the event of a dispute relating to a purchase made on the Online Shop, the Customer may use the following mechanisms:
1. Direct contact
Before using any external mechanism, we recommend that the Customer contact Pistacho at help@pistachodecor.com, by telephone on +351 239 137 054 (general) or +351 239 230 010 (sales line), or by WhatsApp on +351 924 108 660, in an attempt to reach an amicable settlement. We undertake to reply within a maximum of 15 working days.
2. Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) Entities
In the event of a consumer dispute, and under Lei n.º 144/2015, de 8 de setembro (Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September), the Customer may refer the matter to the consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entities listed below; Pistacho is not a member of any of these entities, unless otherwise stated:

3. Courts of law
Without prejudice to the alternative means above, the Customer retains the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts.
