In mainland Portugal, our own team delivers the piece and leaves it assembled in place.

Request a project for the whole home

What is the difference between the shop and a project?

In a Pistacho Decor project we design the whole home or the whole room, with a visit, a proposal and building works. In the shop you choose a piece that is already designed, with the price and delivery date on its product page.

For the whole home, the way in is still a project, and you can request one at any time.

Who designs the pieces?

Bárbara Dias, the architect behind Pistacho Decor's projects. Each piece of furniture is made in our joinery workshop.

When will it arrive?

Each piece of furniture is made after it is ordered, so the lead time depends on the piece. The expected delivery date is on each product page.

How much do delivery and assembly cost?

Nothing: furniture delivery and assembly are free in mainland Portugal. Our own team delivers the piece and leaves it assembled in place. The islands are quoted on request.

What if it does not work in my home?

On furniture, free returns within 14 days, with no need to explain why. The exception is a customised piece, for example in a different width: it is made for your home and cannot be returned.

What warranty does it have?

3-year legal warranty. If you notice a defect, write to help@pistachodecor.com with a description and photographs.

Can I ask for a different size?

The width can be adjusted on request. Customisation is quoted separately and, because it is made for your home, it cannot be returned.

Can I talk to someone first?

On +351 924 108 660, by phone or WhatsApp. Send a photograph of the space and the width of the wall, and we will tell you which piece and which size make sense.

A home can also start with one piece.
